My goals will be to accompany you towards a better lifestyle, in which you take care of your body and therefore your health, with discipline and regularity.
I organize private or group lessons with a tailor-made program; whether you are a beginner or experienced, my services will range from discovering a sport and your body to more advanced techniques, giving you sports and nutritional advice as you progress.

My experience
It all started with an attraction to movement, I was already running, swimming, cycling, hiking... forever.
I had endurance, but my experience was incomplete, I lacked strength training.
So I looked at what was around me, apparently the gym was the obvious answer, I tried, but it wasn't in line with my fundamental value: movement, I was too restricted by machines and exercises that limited movement.
So I kept looking, and I discovered what I later called CALISTHENICS (from the ancient Greek kalos (beauty) and sthenos (strength)), it was what I was missing, movement in its essence, agility, speed, strength and freestyle.
When I started, I didn't follow any program, I had no regularity or discipline, I was like a child: I was discovering, I was having fun; this discipline opens up possibilities and creativity.
Then I suffered an injustice, from that day on I understood what calisthenics had to offer me, so I had to establish a discipline with everything it entails.
The child who was having fun gave way to the adult with a mission.
I am self-taught, I learned along the way over the years.
I want to pass on my knowledge and lifestyle through coaching.
